Roast beef burger with light remoulade (diet)

Ingredients

  • 1 Tomato (100 g)
  • 20 g Cucumber
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons (25 g each) light remoulade
  • 2 discs (50 g each) Wholemeal bread
  • 1 leaf Picking salad
  • 4 discs (approx. 60 g) Roast beef cold cuts
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cress

Directions

    Wash the tomato and rub dry. Cut tomato and cucumber into slices. Spread 1 1/2 tablespoon tartar sauce on 1 slice of bread and cover with the lettuce leaf. Place the slices of cucumber and tomato on the lettuce, place the roast beef on top and garnish with 1 tablespoon tartar sauce and cress.

    Place the second disc on top.
