Swiss scrambled eggs with Bündner meat

  • 5 Stem(s) Chives
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Milk
  • 2 discs farmhouse bread
  • 2 TEASPOONS Butter
  • 4 discs Bündner Fleisch
  • 7-10 Tbsp Radishes

Directions

    Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into fine rolls. Mix eggs with salt, pepper, milk and chives. Pour egg mixture into the egg boiler (content 150 ml). Close with lid and hanger.

    Leave to stand in a hot water bath at medium heat for 12-15 minutes. In the meantime, spread butter on bread and cover with Bündner Fleisch. Wash the radishes and pat dry. Arrange the sandwiched bread, 1 glass of scrambled eggs and radishes on a plate.
