Ingredients

  • 100 ml Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2 TABLESPOONS demerara sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 250 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 kg Watermelon
  • 3 Nectarines (approx. 125 g each)
  • 1 (approx. 450 g) Picking salad
  • 10-12 Stem(s) Mint

Directions

    For the vinaigrette, mix vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper well. Embezzle olive oil. Cut mozzarella into pieces. Cut watermelon into slices, cut the flesh from the skin. Remove the seeds as desired. Cut the fruit flesh into pieces. Wash and halve the nectarines, remove the stones and cut the flesh into slices

    Clean and wash the salad and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Drain well in a sieve. Wash mint, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks. Mix salad, watermelon, nectarines, mint and mozzarella. Add the vinaigrette and arrange in a salad bowl
