Stuffed watermelon with lemon sorbet

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 1 small watermelon
  • 1 Peach
  • 125 g Blackberries
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lime
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Orange liqueur
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 1 package (900 ml) Lemon sorbet
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Cut the lid off the watermelon at an angle. Remove the fruit flesh with a ball cutter. Wash the peach and cut it into slices from the stone. Halve the slices. Sort and wash the blackberries.

    Mix fruits and marinate with lime juice, liqueur and honey. Pour into the melon. Fill each half with lemon sorbet and top up with the fruit. Decorate with mint
