Roughly chop the nuts. Cut the turkey breast into cubes. Peel, wash and roughly grate carrots and celery. Clean the mushrooms, wash and quarter them if necessary
Mix yoghurt and salad cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar
Mix the salad dressing with the prepared ingredients
Cut grapefruits in half. Remove the flesh with a sharp knife and cut into small pieces. Mix into the salad, season again. Fill into the hollowed grapefruits and garnish
