Stuffed celery

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Perennial (500 g) Celery
  • 1/2 315 ml can Mandarin-
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oranges
  • 200 g k
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 small slices of pumpernickel
  • 2 TEASPOONS Butter

Directions

    Cut off the celery at the base of the leaves and wash. Keep the celery leaves. Drain the mandarins. Put some aside for garnishing. Mix the rest of the mandarins with cream cheese.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper. Put the filling into the celery sticks. Add a slice of pumpernickel with butter flakes to each stick. Serve garnished with celery leaves and retained mandarin slices.
