Wash, drain and clean the strawberries. Put 24 small strawberries aside and dab dry. Warm the cake glaze in a water bath. Place the cake rack on a piece of aluminium foil, place the strawberries on top and cover with approx. 100 g of the warmed cake glaze (use the rest of the glaze for other purposes). Chop the remaining strawberries and puree them with a blender. Add sugar or honey.
Add yoghurt and milk and puree again. Put chocolate strawberries on skewers. Pour strawberry yoghurt shake into glasses. Add skewers. Decorate with lemon balm if desired.
