Roast pine nuts in a pan without fat until golden brown. For the vinaigrette, whisk vinegar, salt, chilli powder and honey. Add oil drop by drop. Wash the chives, shake dry, cut into fine rolls and stir into the vinaigrette.
Wash, clean and slice the strawberries. Cut cheese into cubes. Wash and clean the rocket and shake it dry. Pluck ham into bite-sized pieces. Mix salad ingredients and vinaigrette and arrange in bowls.
