Unte 4 pequenos pratos gratinados (aprox. 12 cm Ø). Verta a mistura para os pratos gratinados. Espalhe o ruibarbo e os morangos por cima. Cozer no forno pré-aquecido (fogão eléctrico: 175 °C/forno de convecção: 150 °C/ gás: ver fabricante) durante 20-25 minutos. Servir morno ou frio
