Strawberry-Rhubarb Gratin

Ingredients

  • 150 g Rhubarb
  • 150 g Strawberries
  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 30 g Flour
  • 60 g crushed almonds
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Wash and clean the rhubarb and cut into pieces of about 1 cm. Put them in a pot with 50 ml water and simmer for 2-3 minutes at low heat. Pour into a sieve and drain. Wash, clean and quarter the strawberries

    Beat the eggs and sugar for approx. 2 minutes with the whisk of the hand mixer. Mix flour and almonds and alternately stir in cream and milk

    Unte 4 pequenos pratos gratinados (aprox. 12 cm Ø). Verta a mistura para os pratos gratinados. Espalhe o ruibarbo e os morangos por cima. Cozer no forno pré-aquecido (fogão eléctrico: 175 °C/forno de convecção: 150 °C/ gás: ver fabricante) durante 20-25 minutos. Servir morno ou frio
