Ingredients

  • 1 package Jell-O
  • 7-10 Tbsp "Lemon"
  • 200 g butter/margarine
  • 175 g + 100 g sugar
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 4 eggs , 5 tablespoons milk (size M)
  • 225 g flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 600 g Strawberries
  • 100 g Milk chocolate
  • 200 g Double cream cream cheese (e.g. Philadelphia)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 300 g + 100 g whipped cream
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chocolate dessert decor

Directions

    Mix the jelly powder with 1/4 l water, swell for 5 minutes. Heat while stirring until everything is dissolved (do not boil!). Cool for about 1 hour

    Cream the soft fat, 175 g sugar and 1 sachet of vanillin sugar. Stir in eggs one after the other, then milk. Mix flour and baking powder, stir in

    Spread the dough on a greased baking tray (approx. 35 x 40 cm). Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C / convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for about 10 minutes. Cool down. Halve into 2 plates crosswise. Remove from the tray

    Wash the strawberries and, except for a few for decoration, clean and halve them. Melt the chocolate in a hot water bath. Spread on a pastry sheet. Cover with fruit

    Mix cheese, 100 g sugar and lemon juice. Whip 300 g cream until stiff. Fold cheese first, then cream into the jelly. Spread on the strawberries. Cool for about 6 hours. After approx. 1 hour place the 2nd pastry sheet on top

    Cut the cake into pieces and dust with icing sugar. Whip 100 g cream and the rest vanillin sugar until stiff. Decorate pieces with cream, strawberries and decoration
