Strawberry jelly with sour cream

Ingredients

  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 (20 g) go. tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 package red fruit pudding
  • 7-10 Tbsp "Raspberry-flavored"
  • 3/8 l red currant juice
  • 4-8 TABLESPOONS Schmand
  • 7-10 Tbsp oder Crème fraîche
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint and grated coconut
  • 7-10 Tbsp for ornament

Directions

    Wash, clean and, except for a few for decoration, halve or quarter the strawberries

    Stir 1/8 l water, vanillin sugar, sugar and groats powder until smooth. Boil up the currant juice. Remove the pot from the stove. Stir in the mixed powder. Bring the groats briefly to the boil. Fold in strawberries

    Let the groats cool down a little, fill them into a bowl and let them cool down. Serve the grits with sour cream. Decorate with the rest of strawberries, possibly mint and coconut flakes
