Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 medium size orange (approx. 200 g)
  • 1 (approx. 200 g) medium-sized apple
  • 1-2 (approx. 100 g) red summer plums
  • 200 g Strawberries
  • 250 g mixed berries of the season (e.g. currants, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sugar

Directions

  1. 1

Peel the orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut out the flesh between the parting skins and place in a glass bowl. Wash and drain the apple, plums and strawberries. Clean the apple, cut it into fine pieces, add to the orange fillets and fold in. Clean and halve the strawberries.

  2. 2

Cut plums into slices from the stone. Wash the currants, dab dry and, except for something to decorate, remove from the panicles. Sort raspberries, wash blackberries and blueberries, drain and add to the prepared fruit with the currants. Sprinkle with sugar, mix carefully and leave to stand for about 10 minutes. Arrange the fruit salad in bowls and decorate with currant panicles
