Preheat oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 180 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Separate 1 egg. Whisk the egg white with 3 eggs and milk. Mix 80 g flour, 80 g sugar and 1 pinch of salt in a bowl.
Stir in the egg mixture bit by bit. Grease an ovenproof pan or casserole dish (approx. 18 cm Ø). Pour in the dough and half the strawberries. Bake in a hot oven for about 20 minutes.
Melt 50 g butter. Mix 100 g flour, 40 g sugar and 1 pinch of salt. Add the egg yolks and liquid butter and work everything into crumbles using the dough hooks of the mixer. First spread the rest of the strawberries, then the crumbles on the clafoutis. Bake in the hot oven for about 20 minutes. Serve warm dusted with icing sugar.
