Ingredients

Servings: 32
  • 250 g Flour
  • 120 g Sugar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 1 pck. Vanillin sugar
  • 1 TEASPOON ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch(es) Salt
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 125 g cold butter
  • 1 medium sour apple (approx. 160 g)
  • baking paper

Directions

    Mix flour, sugar, vanillin sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, salt and baking powder in a bowl. Cut butter into small cubes, add and knead everything with your hands to a crumble dough.

    Wash, peel and halve the apple and cut out the core. Grate the apple halves and knead under the crumbles with the dough hook of the hand mixer.

    Place a teaspoonful of heaps on two baking trays lined with baking paper (approx. 32 x 40 cm) and press them together slightly with your fingers. Bake one after the other in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for about 15 minutes. Pull the finished cookies with the baking paper onto a grid and let them cool down. Mix 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle the cookies with it.
