Wash the meat, dab dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the meat for 10-12 minutes while turning. Coarsely chop green pepper. Wash basil, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop finely.
Mix cream cheese, pepper and basil and season with salt. Clean the salad, wash and pat dry. Wash, clean and thinly slice the strawberries. Toast slices of toast. Spread 1 side each with cream cheese.
Cut the meat into slices. Cover 4 slices of bread with strawberries, salad and meat. Cover with 1 slice of bread each. Cut sandwiches in half and pin them with skewers.
