Strawberry Campari punch with hooded flowers

Ingredients

  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 1 Orange
  • 150 ml Campari
  • 125 ml Strawberry syrup
  • 1/2 l chilled, dry white wine
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle of chilled, dry sparkling wine
  • 1/2 l chilled carbonated mineral water
  • 7-10 Tbsp yellow capuchin flowers
  • 6 wooden skewers

Directions

    Wash the strawberries, drain and put 6 beautiful strawberries aside for decoration. Clean the rest of the strawberries and cut them in half or quarters depending on their size. Put the strawberries in a punch bowl. Wash the lemon hot, grate dry and peel the peel thinly as a spiral. Squeeze lemon and orange and add to the strawberries with the Campari, strawberry syrup and lemon zest. Leave to stand for at least 30 minutes

    Shortly before serving, put strawberries on the skewers. Fill the punch with white wine, sparkling wine and mineral water. Decorate the filled glasses with strawberry skewers or capuchin flowers as you like
