Wash, clean, halve and drain the strawberries. Remove seeds from melon halves with a tablespoon and cut out balls from the flesh with a ball cutter. Mix liqueur, honey and lemon juice well with a whisk. Mix strawberry halves and melon balls and pour the liqueur-honey-marinade over them. Leave to stand for about 10 minutes and arrange on plates dusted with icing sugar. Serve decorated with lemon balm as desired
