Strawberry and avocado salad

Ingredients

  • 2 small romaine lettuces
  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 2 small avocados
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 125 g Mushrooms
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS white balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 20 g Parmesan slicer

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the salad into strips. Wash, clean and quarter the strawberries. Cut avocados in half, remove stone. Remove the flesh from the skin and cut into slices, drizzle with lemon juice. Clean the mushrooms, rub with kitchen paper and slice finely. Wash chillies, remove seeds and cut into small pieces.

    Mix with vinegar, salt and sugar. Whip the oil into it. Flavour again. Arrange the salad ingredients on plates, sprinkle with parmesan slices. Pour some vinaigrette over it, add the rest
