Wash the strawberries, dab dry. Put some strawberries aside, clean the rest. Put 4-5 strawberries on each skewer. Chop the chocolate coating separately, melt separately over a warm water bath. Dip the strawberries set aside in the dark chocolate, place on baking paper. Cover each skewer with a tablespoon of chocolate, place on baking paper. Put the white chocolate coating in a small piping bag.
Decorate skewers and individual strawberries with it. Sprinkle the skewers with 15 g of pistachios and leave to dry. Whip the cream until stiff and allow the vanillin sugar to trickle in. Stir in orange liqueur. Sprinkle with 5 g pistachios and decorate with orange zests. Serve the cream with the strawberries
