Ingredients

  • 2 Glasses (720 ml each) Cherries
  • 7-10 Tbsp 1 p. custard powder "vanilla" (for cooking; for 1/2 l milk)
  • 75 g + 100 g sugar
  • 500 g Mascarpone
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 1 package Orange-Back
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 10-12 Ladyfingers
  • 100 ml Orange juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Drain the cherries, collect the juice. Stir pudding powder and 6 tbsp. juice until smooth. Boil up the rest of the juice and 75 g sugar. Stir in the powder and simmer for about 1 minute. Fold in all but a few cherries. Cool down

    Stir mascarpone, quark, orange-back, vanillin sugar and 100 g sugar until smooth. Chop the chocolate and melt in a water bath. Put into a freezer bag, cut off one corner. Spray a few strips onto the cream, fold in. Repeat until almost all the chocolate is used up

    Fill compote with 1/3 cream into a large glass. Put biscuits, except for 2, on top. Drizzle with juice. Spread the rest of the cream on it. Decorate if necessary.
