Clean and wash the zucchini, dab dry and cut into sticks. Drain the corn. Wash beef fillet and dab dry. Heat oil in a pan. Fry beef fillet in it on both sides for about 4 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper. Remove the fillet and keep warm. Add zucchini to the frying fat and fry for about 3 minutes. Add corn, mix with the zucchini sticks and fry for 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Arrange meat and vegetables on a plate. Drizzle with frying fat and sprinkle with pink berries.
