Ingredients

  • 2 TABLESPOONS Low-fat curd
  • 1 TABLESPOON low-fat milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 20 g roasted peppers (glass)
  • 1/2 bunch Rocket
  • 2 (40 g each) Minute steaks of beef
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Oil
  • 1 piece(s) (120 g) Wholemeal baguettes

    Mix curd and milk, season to taste with salt and pepper. Drain the paprika, cut into fine cubes and stir into the quark. Wash the rocket, shake dry. Dab meat dry

    Brush the pan with oil and heat it up. Fry the meat in the hot pan for about 2 minutes, season with salt and remove. Cut the baguette in half lengthwise. Spread half of the baguette with quark, cover with rocket and meat. Sprinkle with pepper, place the other half of the baguette on top and arrange
