Salad wraps with chicken

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 small chicken filet (approx. 150 g)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 1/4 Cucumber
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 2 large leaves lettuce
  • 2-3 TEASPOONS Whole milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

    Wash the chicken filet and pat dry. Heat the oil in a small pan. Fry the meat for about 10 minutes, season with salt and pepper, take out and let it cool down

    Wash the tomatoes, dab dry and cut into pieces. Remove the avocado flesh from the skin and dice. Clean, wash and chop the cucumber. Wash chives, shake dry, cut into fine rolls except for 4-6 stalks. Clean, wash and drain the lettuce leaves

    Dice meat. Mix meat, cucumber, tomatoes, chives and yoghurt, season with salt, pepper and a little sugar, fold in avocado

    Place the lettuce leaves on a plate. Spread the chicken salad on the leaves, wrap them into wraps and tie them with chives
