Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 can(s) (446 ml) Pineapple Slices
  • 2 Apples
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 2 Rocks Leek
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 200 g medieval Gouda cheese
  • 1 glass (250 ml) Miracel Whip
  • 250 g Schmand
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Boil eggs hard, quench cold, peel and slice. Drain pineapple and cut into small cubes. Wash apples. Cut out the core. Dice apples finely and sprinkle with lemon juice.

    Clean and wash the leek and cut into fine rings. Finely dice the ham. Coarsely grate cheese. Put all ingredients, except the cheese, in layers in a bowl. Mix Miracel Whip and sour cream.

    Season to taste with pepper. Put some salad cream and cheese on the salad. Garnish with parsley. Add the rest of the sauce and cheese extra.
