Sprouts salad with halloumi cheese

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g Kabanossi
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, sugar
  • 1 pck. (250 g each) halloumic cheese
  • 200 g spicy sprout mix
  • 1 ripe avocado

Directions

    Finely dice the sausage. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Fry the sausage for 2-3 minutes until crispy. Deglaze with vinegar and bring to the boil. Simmer for 1-2 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Fold in 3 tbsp. oil and let cool down.

    Cut the cheese into slices. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Fry the cheese for 2-3 minutes on each side. Take out.

    Sort the sprouts, wash and drain. Cut avocado in half, stone and peel. Cut the flesh in half lengthwise and crosswise into slices. Mix both with cheese and vinaigrette. Bread tastes good with it.
