Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 bunch Radishes
  • 1 small kohlrabi
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1/4 Iceberg lettuce
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Salatcreme "leicht
  • 1 TABLESPOON Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 Wholemeal roll

Directions

    Boil the egg hard in about 10 minutes, quench cold, peel and cut into six. Cut radishes, except for one, into strips. Peel kohlrabi and carrots and cut into strips. Wash iceberg lettuce, drain and cut into wide strips.

    Mix salad cream, yoghurt, salt and pepper. Mix all prepared ingredients. Garnish with radishes. Serve with wholemeal rolls.
