Mix 150 g crème fraîche and 75 g creamy peanut butter. Clean and wash 2 spring onions and chop very finely. Stir in. Season to taste with salt, some Sambal Oelek and 1-2 tsp lime juice. Chop 1 tbsp. peanut kernels and sprinkle on top.
