Spicy wok vegetables with turkey

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 300 g Basmati Rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 1 small red chili pepper
  • 400 g Turkey Breast
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 package (480 g) deep-frozen Asia vegetable wok mix
  • 4-5 Tbsp Chilli sauce for chicken
  • 8 Stem(s) Coriander

Directions

    Prepare rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Peel garlic and chop finely. Cut the chilli pepper slightly. Wash turkey breast, dab dry and cut into cubes.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Fry the diced turkey and chilli pepper for about 5 minutes, turning them over. Season with salt and pepper and remove from the pan. Add 2 tbsp. oil to the pan and heat. Fry the frozen vegetables and garlic for 3-4 minutes.

    Add diced turkey, aisa sauce and 4 tablespoons of water, simmer for another 3-4 minutes. Wash coriander, shake dry, chop coarsely and add. Season vegetables with salt and pepper. Drain rice.

    Serve rice and wok vegetables. Asian sauce tastes good with it.
