Spicy chicken leg on salad

Ingredients

  • 1 TABLESPOON vinegar, some sweetener
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, paprika
  • 2 teaspoons (5 g each) Oil
  • 100 g cleaned tomatoes
  • 50 g gep. mushrooms
  • 100 g cleaned salad
  • 7-10 Tbsp (e.g. iceberg lettuce)
  • 1-2 (50 g) cleaned spring onions
  • 70 g Corn grains (tin)
  • 1 (100 g) Chicken drumstick
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Ketchup
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon slices
  • 1 washer (40 g) Wholemeal bread

Directions

    Mix vinegar, sweetener, 1 tablespoon of water, salt and pepper, fold in 1 teaspoon of oil

    Washing vegetables. Cut tomatoes and mushrooms into slices. Chop the salad. Cut spring onions into rings. Mix the prepared salad ingredients and corn with the marinade. Leave to stand for a while

    Wash and dab the chicken leg, season. Fry leg in 1 teaspoon of oil all around for about 15 minutes. Brush with ketchup 5 minutes before the end. Arrange the leg of chicken on the salad. Garnish with lemon if desired. Add wholemeal bread

    Diabetics do not have to consider many vegetables for their carbohydrate amount: e.g. tomatoes, lettuce, peppers or mushrooms (up to 200 g). Corn, however, must be calculated with 1 BE per 70 g
