Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 Tomate (ca. 50 g)
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 40 g Kasseler cold cuts
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Yoghurt Salad Cream
  • 1 washer Wholemeal bread
  • 2 discs Emmental cheese (approx. 10 g each)

Directions

    Clean, wash and slice the tomato. Peel onion and cut into thin rings. Wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Cut the slices into strips. Spread bread with 1 tablespoon of salad cream and cover with tomatoes, onions, cheese and slices of Kasseler.

    Add the rest of the salad cream. Sprinkle with chives.
