- 2 TABLESPOONS Cherry liqueur
- 2 TABLESPOONS Rum
- 2 TABLESPOONS Pineapple juice
- 100 ml dry champagne
- 4 Cocktail cherries
- 3 Pineapple pieces
- 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm
- 7-10 Tbsp Cocktail skewers
Directions

Mix cherry liqueur, rum and pineapple juice, pour into a champagne glass and top up with well chilled champagne. Put the cocktail cherries and pineapple pieces on a skewer and pour into the glass. Decorate with lemon balm
