Spaghetti with vegetable mince sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 400 g Broccoli
  • 1 Onion
  • 400 g Tomatoes
  • 200 g Vegetable maize (canned)
  • 120 g Spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 250 g Beefsteak minced meat
  • 1/2 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS clotted cream

Directions

    Clean and wash the broccoli and cut it into small florets. Peel broccoli stems and dice finely. Peel and finely chop the onion. Clean, wash and cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Drain the corn on a sieve.

    Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for ten to twelve minutes. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the onions, broccoli cubes and minced meat in it. Pour in the broth. Add broccoli florets, tomatoes and corn grains.

    Cook for five minutes over medium heat. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in sour cream. Arrange noodles with the vegetable mince sauce on plates. Sprinkle noodles with pepper.
