  • 4 Stem(s) Mint
  • 1 glass (250 ml) crushed ice
  • 500 ml Pineapple juice
  • 250 ml Lemonade
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Mint syrup

Directions

    Wash the mint, shake dry and pluck the lower leaves from the stalk. Pour crushed ice and mint leaves into 4 glasses. Crush the mint leaves slightly with a pestle. Mix pineapple juice, lemonade and lemon juice and fill into the glasses.

    Carefully add 1 tablespoon of syrup to each. Decorate with mint stems and serve immediately.
