Spaghetti with tomatoes and olives

Ingredients

  • 5 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 3-4 Stem(s) Basil
  • 50 g green olives (without stone)
  • 125 g Rocket
  • 50 g small black olives
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Balsamic vinegar
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 TEASPOON dried oregano
  • 400 g Spaghetti

Directions

    Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes. Wash the basil, remove the leaves. Coarsely chop green olives. Clean, wash and chop the rocket. Mix tomatoes, olives, rocket and basil in a bowl.

    Add vinegar and oil and mix everything. Season with salt, pepper, 1 pinch of sugar and oregano. Leave to stand for a short time, season again. Meanwhile prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet until al dente.

    Drain the noodles and keep some pasta water. Drain the pasta. Add the noodles and 5-6 tablespoons of hot pasta water to the tomatoes and mix everything. Serve immediately!.
