Ingredients

  • 400 g Malfadine Noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 50 g dried porcini
  • 300 g French beans
  • 100 Serrano ham
  • 4 Onions
  • 5 Stem(s) Savory
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 250 g Whipped cream

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Soak the porcini in water. Wash and clean the beans and cook in boiling water for about 12 minutes. Drain and let drain. Fry ham in a pan without fat until crispy and drain on kitchen paper

    Peel and finely dice the onions. Wash the savory, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stems. Pour the porcini mushrooms into a sieve and let them drip off

    Heat the oil in a pot. Brown the onions, beans, porcini mushrooms and savory in it. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the noodles and stir-fry. Add cream and stir in. Pluck the ham into large pieces. Arrange noodles and garnish with bacon
