Spaghetti with tuna caper sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 can(s) (210 ml; drained weight: 150 g) Tuna in oil
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Capers
  • 1 package (500 g) chunky tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Rose hot peppers
  • 500 g Spaghetti

Directions

    Drain the tuna. Clean, wash and chop the spring onions. Sauté spring onions in hot oil for about 2 minutes. Add the tuna and capers, add the chunky tomatoes and heat.

    Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes and drain. Serve with some sauce.
