Ingredients

  • 500 g Orechiette noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 100 g Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 300 g frozen peas
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp freshly grated nutmeg

Directions

    Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Slice the cheese into fine slices with a kitchen slicer

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat the oil and fry the diced onion for about 7 minutes until transparent. After about 5 minutes add peas. Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop finely. Pour cream over the peas, bring to the boil, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg

    Drain the pasta and put it back into the pot. Add pea and cream sauce, cheese and parsley and fold in
