Spaghetti with scampi sauce (pasta sauce)

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 3 Branches of rosemary
  • 250 g Broccoli
  • 300 g Spaghetti Noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 250 g shrimps ready to cook, without head and shell
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 40 g Lobster Soup Paste
  • 2 knife tip Chili Flakes
  • 100 ml dry white wine
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 1 TEASPOON Instant vegetable stock
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper

Directions

    Peel garlic and dice finely. Wash the rosemary, dab dry and put something aside for garnishing. Finely chop the rest. Clean and wash the broccoli and divide into small florets. Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions.

    Cook broccoli in boiling salted water for 6-8 minutes. Wash shrimps, dab dry. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the prawns on each side for about 2 minutes, remove them. Melt the lobster soup paste in hot frying fat.

    Sauté the garlic and rosemary in it. Add 1 pinch of chilli flakes. Add wine, 150 ml water and cream. Stir in stock and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Drain the pasta and broccoli, quench the broccoli cold and drain.

    Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Mix broccoli and prawns into the sauce. Serve the pasta with the sauce. Sprinkle with pepper and 1 pinch of chili flakes. Garnish with rosemary.
