Wholemeal spaghetti in leek and ham sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 100 g sliced boiled ham
  • 400 g Wholemeal spaghetti
  • 300 g frozen leek (leek)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 2 packages (370 ml each) sauce tomate ; avec basilic
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil

Directions

    Peel garlic and dice finely. Chop the ham finely. Cook pasta with leek in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Heat the oil in a pot and fry the ham. Take out, fry garlic in frying fat.

    Add tomato sauce, season with pepper and sugar and simmer for 5 minutes. Drain the pasta and leek, drain. Add ham to the sauce, season again. Serve the pasta with the sauce, garnish with basil
