Fried gnocchi à la panna

Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 4 discs Breakfast bacon (Bacon)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Flour
  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 1 TEASPOON Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 500 g Gnocchi (cooling shelf)
  • 75 g Parmesan (piece)
  • 2-3 stem(s) Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper

Directions

    Peel onion and garlic. Chop the onion finely. Chop garlic very finely. Cut bacon into strips.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a saucepan. Sauté the onion and garlic in it. Dust with flour and briefly sauté lightly. Deglaze with milk and cream, bring to the boil and stir in broth. Simmer everything for about 5 minutes.

    In the meantime heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan. Fry the uncooked gnocchi for 4-5 minutes while turning. Fry the bacon for about 3 minutes.

    Remove some shavings from the Parmesan cheese and set aside. Grate the rest. Melt the cheese in the sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop finely. Arrange everything. Sprinkle parsley and parmesan shavings over it.
