Spaghetti with lime and tuna sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 untreated lime
  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 200-250 g Whipped cream
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS sauce thickener
  • 1 tin(s) (185 g) Tuna in oil
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Capers (glass)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper, chili powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil

Directions

    Boil up plenty of salted water. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Lime hot

    wash, dry and cut in half. Squeeze one half, cut the other into small pieces

    Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Heat the oil. Sauté onion and garlic. Add cream and bring to the boil

    Bind the sauce with sauce thickener. Drain the tuna. Stir the capers into the sauce and season with salt, pepper, chilli powder and lime juice

    Drain the spaghetti. Mix immediately with the sauce and serve with lime pieces and basil
