Ingredients

  • 1 collar Basil
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Anchovy fillets (from the jar)
  • 30 g Pine nuts
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 500 g Spaghetti

Directions

    Wash the herbs and dab dry. Peel the garlic. Rinse anchovy fillets cold and pat dry. Chop herbs, garlic, anchovy fillets and pine nuts in the universal chopper.

    Stir in olive oil bit by bit. Season with salt and pepper. Cook pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes and drain. Serve with some salsa.
