Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 200 g Spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 200 g Clams (Vongole)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 collar flat leaf parsley

Directions

    Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water for 10-12 minutes. Wash the mussels thoroughly and also cook them in salted water until they have opened, throw away unopened mussels. Drain the mussels and pasta, mix and add the oil. Season with salt and pepper. Wash the parsley, cut into fine strips and sprinkle on top
