Soya roast with tomato and spinach vegetables

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 3 medium-sized onions
  • 1 package (200 g) Ready mix for soya frying
  • 800 g fine leaf spinach
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1/2 bunch Dill
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 75 g Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Peel the onions. Chop one onion finely, cut the rest into slices. Stir the ready-made mixture for soy frying and chopped onions into 300 ml cold water and work into a dough. Leave to swell for approx. 10 minutes and form 8-10 roastings. In the meantime, clean, wash and sort spinach. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Wash dill and cut roughly.

    Fry the onion and tomato slices in hot fat. Add the spinach and let it collapse. Fold in dill. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the roasts for about 5 minutes at medium heat, turning them carefully. Slice parmesan. Arrange roastings and vegetables and sprinkle with parmesan
