South Tyrolean flatbread

Ingredients

  • 1 Bread baking mix (500 g) "Farmer's crust" (e.g. Aurora)
  • 150 g Brie cheese
  • 150 g South Tyrolean bacon in thin slices
  • 150 g Butter cheese in slices
  • baking paper

Directions

    Knead the baking mix and 340 ml of lukewarm water with the dough hooks of the hand mixer to a smooth dough. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for approx. 30 minutes

    Knead the dough briefly and roll out on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Leave to rise for a further 30 minutes. Then bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225°C/circulating air: 200°C/gas: level 4) for approx. 10 minutes

    Cut the Brie into thin slices. Take the bread out of the oven for a short time. Cover with bacon, Brie and butter cheese. Bake at the same temperature for another 5-8 minutes
