Smoked salmon spread with dill

Ingredients

  • 3 Shallots
  • 500 g Smoked salmon
  • 2 Federation Dill
  • 450 g Fresh cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2-3 TEASPOONS Lemon juice

Directions

    Peel and finely dice the shallots. Finely dice the smoked salmon. Wash dill, shake dry and chop finely. Mix crème fraîche, shallots and dill. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Fold in salmon.

    Goes well with crispbread.
