Smoked salmon dip

Ingredients

  • 250 g Smoked salmon in slices
  • 250 g Fresh cream
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

    Roughly dice 150 g salmon. Mix with crème fraîche and puree finely. Finely dice the remaining salmon, set 1 teaspoon aside. Stir the rest of the salmon cubes into the cream. Season to taste with lemon juice, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar and serve.

    Sprinkle with the rest of the salmon cubes. Keep cool until serving.
