Ingredients

  • 2 packs (à 125 g) small mozzarella balls
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 100 ml Balsamic Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • 100 g Black Forest ham
  • 7-10 Tbsp in thin slices
  • 1 Pot of basil
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Drain the mozzarella. Wash and clean the tomatoes. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar, add oil. Let the mozzarella and tomatoes steep in it for at least 30 minutes. Then alternately place the mozzarella on skewers with slices of ham and basil leaves. Results in about 16 skewers
