Ingredients

  • 1 piece(s) (ca. 150 g) Salatgurke
  • 1 package (400 g) Grilled & and pan-fried potatoes "rosemary garlic
  • 300 g Fish fillet (e.g. redfish)
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Flour
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 stem(s) Dill
  • 150 ml low-fat milk
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 TABLESPOON coarse-grained mustard
  • 1 TABLESPOON sauce thickener
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dill flowers

Directions

    Wash and clean the cucumber and cut it into pieces. Put the potatoes on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 4) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

    Wash the fish, dab dry and cut into pieces. Turn the fish in flour and tap well. Heat oil in a coated pan. Fry the fish and cucumber for 3-4 minutes, turning them and season with salt and pepper.

    Wash the dill, shake dry and chop the flags roughly. Remove the fish and cucumber from the pan and keep warm. Deglaze the frying pan with milk and broth. Stir in mustard first, then sauce thickener. Let simmer for about 1 minute.

    Add the dill to the sauce and season with salt, pepper and some lemon juice. Arrange potatoes, fish and cucumber and drizzle with the sauce. Garnish with dill flowers.
