Ingredients

Servings: 9
  • 750 g Pork escalope
  • 50 ml Coconut milk (see box)
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic, 4 tablespoons oil
  • 4 TABLESPOONS chunky peanut butter
  • 2 TEASPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1 TEASPOON Sambal Oelek
  • 7-10 Tbsp sugar, pepper
  • 1-2 red chillies
  • 2 TABLESPOONS roasted peanut kernels
  • 20 wooden skewers

Directions

    Cut the meat into 2-3 cm wide, thin strips. Mix coconut milk and 4 tbsp. soy sauce. Leave meat to stand for approx. 30 minutes

    Peel and chop the onions and garlic. Fry in 2 tablespoons of oil. Stir in peanut cream and 400 ml water. Boil down for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with lemon juice, sambal oelek, sugar, pepper and 2 tbsp soy sauce. Keep warm

    Dab the meat dry and pull it onto skewers in a wavy shape. In 2 tablespoons of oil per side approx.

    Fry for 2 minutes. Chilli wash, chop, sprinkle. Chop the nuts. Sprinkle the sauce over the nuts and add to the sauce.
